Agreement to Terms
By enrolling your child in an Ojassv Hatha Yoga program and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Camp Enrollment
Registration
Camp registration requires the completion of a registration form, waiver, and agreement. All information provided must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for providing updated information if circumstances change.
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your camp spot. Payment methods and scheduling will be discussed at the time of registration. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Health & Safety
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, allergies, and special needs. By enrolling, you confirm that your child is physically and mentally capable of participating in our programs.
Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about refunds and credits. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Waiver and Agreement, which includes a release of liability. Physical activities involved in our camps carry inherent risks, and Ojassv Hatha Yoga is not responsible for injuries or losses that occur.

All participants are expected to:

- • Arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions
- • Maintain appropriate behavior and language
Ojassv Hatha Yoga reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, with no refund provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Ojassv Hatha Yoga or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ojassv Hatha Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Changes to Terms
