Understanding our cancellation terms

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either in person or electronically.

Refund Schedule

15+

15 days or more before camp start

100% refund less the admin fee of $25

8-14

8 to 14 days before camp start

Choose one of the following options:

✓ 50% refund, OR
✓ 75% credit towards any other Ojassv Hatha Yoga workshop

Note: Credit is transferable between family members and must be used before June 30, 2027.

0-7

7 days or less before camp start

No refund eligible. Your spot will be released for other participants.

OjassvHathaYoga reserves the right to cancel any program where registration numbers are not adequate to run an effective program. Families will be notified and options for a refund or transfer to another program will be discussed at that time.
